Price clarified that her son's tendency to be shirtless is a recognized characteristic associated with autism rather than neglect or inappropriate behavior. She described how Harvey simply prefers not to wear clothes while at home, leading to his frequent topless appearance in photos and video content.

Harvey, who lives with autism, ADHD, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and septo-optic dysplasia—a condition causing blindness—has become a regular feature on his mother's podcast and social media presence. Price emphasized that understanding neurodevelopmental traits is essential for those commenting on her parenting choices.

Health Concerns at the Forefront

Beyond addressing appearance-related criticism, Price has expressed profound concerns about Harvey's physical health. She revealed that her son currently weighs just under 30 stone and has been warned by medical professionals that he faces elevated risk of suffering a heart attack. His weight has begun affecting his mobility significantly, with Harvey becoming out of breath during minimal physical activity and experiencing visible sweating during bathing routines.

Price explained that she has pursued private medical intervention, attempting to initiate weight loss medication including Mounjaro injections. However, the complexity of Harvey's existing medication regimen has made administration difficult, requiring approval from his entire medical team before proceeding. She expressed the emotional toll of witnessing her son's physical struggles, particularly during daily care routines like bathing.

Current Living Situation

Harvey recently moved back in with Price full-time after residing in a placement facility in Southampton. Price described how Harvey actively resisted living away from her, sending messages expressing his unhappiness and requesting her comfort and physical reassurance. Despite the challenges of balancing work commitments with full-time caregiving, Price has chosen to have Harvey remain with her while awaiting a new residential placement expected to be located closer to her home.
