Vanja Dragojevic Completes Move to Rangers as Derek McInnes Strengthens Midfield

Rangers have secured midfielder Vanja Dragojevic from Partizan Belgrade on a four-year contract with a one-year extension option, marking the club's seventh summer addition under new manager Derek McInnes. Dragojevic progressed through Partizan's youth system before joining second-tier side FK Teleoptik on loan during the 2024 campaign. His performances earned him a recall to the Belgrade club, where he made his senior debut in cup competition against FK Radnik Surdulica. The midfielder quickly established himself as a regular starter, notably playing the full 90 minutes in the Belgrade derby away from home during the campaign. Last season, he made 41 appearances across all competitions while wearing the captain's armband, demonstrating the respect and maturity he commands within a squad of experienced professionals.

At international level, Dragojevic has earned two caps for Serbia, including his debut against Cape Verde earlier this year.
