Three men died after a fire destroyed over half a single-storey pavilion on New Zealand Way in White City, west London.

Three men have died following a fire at a single-storey pavilion on New Zealand Way in White City, west London. The London Fire Brigade received reports of the blaze at 18:52 on Saturday evening, and around 100 firefighters from multiple stations brought the fire under control by 21:25. Two of the men were pronounced dead at the scene, while the third died later in hospital.
Firefighters rescued all three men from the pavilion, which sustained damage to just over half of its structure. The location near Loftus Road, home of Queens Park Rangers, required crews from North Kensington, Acton, Chiswick and surrounding fire stations. A total of 15 fire engines were dispatched to the incident. London Fire Brigade Assistant Commissioner Pat Goulbourne confirmed the fatalities at the scene.
The Metropolitan Police attended the scene and is supporting the investigation into the cause of the fire. Officials are working to inform the families of the three victims. The London Fire Brigade's specialist fire investigation officers are examining the circumstances that led to the blaze, with findings still pending.
