The closure arrives as her husband, Lee Andrews, faces legal bills and fines exceeding £100,000 to £120,000 stemming from his recent detention in a Dubai correctional facility.

The Equestrian Venture

KP Equestrian Ltd sold a range of products designed for horse enthusiasts, including riding leggings, body warmers, hoodies, and t-shirts for adults and children. Price originally launched the brand on September 3, 2008, closed it in 2017, and relaunched it on December 3, 2021, positioning it as a passion project rooted in her lifelong connection to horses. She promoted the collection at equestrian events and set up stalls to sell clothing directly to customers. On the company's website, Price described horses as her "happy place" and explained that equestrian activities provided an escape from the demands of her public career.

Signs of Decline

Evidence of the business's dormancy had been visible for some time. The brand's Instagram account remained inactive for two years, its website disappeared, and the online store that previously featured ex-fiancé Carl Woods modelling the collection has vanished. The financial accounts tell a stark story: the company's value dropped from over £26,000 in 2022 to just £15,000, with cash reserves depleted to a single thousand pounds.

Broader Financial Strain

The dissolution represents another setback in Price's ongoing financial difficulties. She originally launched the equestrian range after it emerged that she owed more than £3 million. When asked about her husband's mounting legal obligations in an interview, Price stated clearly: "There's nothing I can do. I'm not here to pay anything for anyone. I've got my own life. Even though he's part of my life." Her refusal to contribute to Andrews' financial liabilities underscores the separation between her finances and his legal consequences.
