Blair, known for her role in the classic horror film "The Exorcist," maintains a rescue operation at her property. According to permits on file, she is authorized to house approximately 60 dogs. However, investigators discovered roughly 200 canines present during the search, indicating a significant discrepancy between the permitted and actual number of animals housed at the location.
