Ticketmaster Becomes Official Ticketing Partner for Olympia Events' £1.3 Billion London Redevelopment

Ticketmaster has been named the official ticketing provider for Olympia Events in London, a landmark entertainment venue nearing completion of a £1.3 billion redevelopment project. The partnership will manage ticket sales and audience engagement across music, sports, exhibitions and cultural events at the historic West London destination. The agreement arrives as Olympia prepares to operate as a major entertainment, hospitality and culture hub expected to attract approximately 10 million visitors annually once the transformation concludes.

Partnership Scope and Capabilities

Under the agreement, Ticketmaster will provide comprehensive ticketing services across Olympia's entire events portfolio. The platform will support high-demand concerts, general admission events and timed-entry experiences while offering venue operators access to audience analytics, marketing tools and sales capabilities designed to improve event planning and delivery.

Ticketmaster has already worked with Olympia on select events, including a recent boxing championship bout in the National Hall featuring world title competitors Caroline Dubois and Terri Harper, who competed for unified WBO and WBC lightweight championships. Gareth Lloyd, Business Development Director at Olympia Events, stated the partnership was structured to enhance the customer journey and support strategic growth as the venue attracts major UK and international events.

Olympia's Transformation and Future Events

The Olympia redevelopment represents a significant investment in West London's entertainment infrastructure. Operated by Legends Global, the venue is completing extensive upgrades that will include new performance spaces, restaurants, bars, hotels and public gathering areas alongside its existing heritage halls and International Convention Centre. The venue's entertainment offering will expand further with the opening of British Airways ARC, a new 3,800-capacity music and entertainment venue operated by AEG Presents, scheduled to launch in June.
